Brad Friedel - Close up

US Under-19 national team head coach Brad Friedel called-up 22 players for the upcoming COTIF Tournament, a U-20 competition set to take place in Valencia, Spain from July 20-August 5.

Ten of the 22 players on the roster are affiliated with MLS clubs. Defender Hugo Arellano and forward Pierre Da Silva are professionals, having signed USL contracts with LA Galaxy II earlier this week and Orlando City B, respectively.

The roster also features FC Dallas academy star Weston McKennie, who, an FC Dallas spokesperson told MLSsoccer.com on Thursday, has been offered a Homegrown contract by the club. In all, four Dallas players were named to the roster, the most of any club.
