Year after year, Chris Wondolowski just can't stop scoring.
The Earthquakes forward opened 2016 with another goal, heading home the game-winner in San Jose's 1-0 victory over the Colorado Rapids on Sunday. He's aiming to extend his record of scoring at least 10 goals for the season -- something he's done six-straight years.
He's also coming closer to moving up yet again on MLS's all-time scoring chart.
If Wondolowski scores five more goals, he'll reach 115 for his career during the MLS regular season, and will surpass Ante Razov for No. 4 all-time. Wondolowski is the only active player currently in the top-10 of the league's scoring chart.
Here's the current top-five, with stats through Sunday:
Will Wondo surpass Razov this season? Will he climb even higher before his career is done? It'll be one of the big storylines this season and beyond.
