Toronto FC makes room on roster after waiving forward Luke Moore

Luke Moore - Toronto FC - Close up

After almost two full seasons with Toronto FC, Luke Moore is out the door. On Friday, the club waived the 30-year-old forward after he appeared in 42 games with the club over the last two season.

The Englishman saw his playing time diminish in 2015, after the arrivals in Sebastian Giovinco and Jozy Altidore, going from 22 starts in 2014 to just six in 2015. The move appears to be a pre-cursor to the signings of SuperDraft pick Tsubasa Endoh and TFCII midfielder Molham Babouli, who are expected to sign senior contracts next week, according to the Toronto Sun.
