The Colorado Rapids and San Jose Earthquakes announced a trade on Thursday, in which Colorado received an international slot and targeted allocation money from San Jose in exchange for general allocation money. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Both teams begin their 2016 MLS campaigns on March 6, as they face off against each other at Avaya Stadium in San Jose (3 pm ET, MLS LIVE).
