Art: A Brief History of Soccer SIDELINE post

Art and soccer oftentimes go hand in hand. The beautiful game, after all, has been referred to as just another form of art.

And New York artist Case Jernigan, co-founder of Off-Foot Soccer, a creative collaboration of soccer-inspired artists, recently released a stop motion short film entitled A Brief Historyof Soccer that provides a creative look at the history of the game.

Unveiled on Thursday night at Brooklyn’s Rabbit Hole Studio, it’s definitely one of the more unique takes on the game we all love. Check it out above.
