Obafemi Martins' connection with Clint Dempsey, classy finish nets him Week 9's AT&T Goal of the Week

Another week, another great goal from Obafemi Martins.

From the moment the Nigerian joined the Sounders, he showed the kind of finishing skills that also saw him help roll New York City FC in Week 9, his second goal netting Martins his second AT&T Goal of the Week of 2015.

In what was a great week for spectacular goals, Martins' clincher in the 66th minute took the cake. After a long passing sequence, Clint Dempsey fed Martins with a beautiful backheel and the 30-year-old easily slotted the ball past NYCFC 'keeper Josh Saunders.

The Sounders star outpaced the field, garnering over 47 percent of the vote. Sebastian Giovinco's knuckle-ball free kick was a distant second collecting over 28 percent of the vote.
