Kei Kamara knows his Columbus Crew SC history with a goal celebration homage | SIDELINE

Columbus Crew SC forward Kei Kamara is one of the veterans of MLS these days, and on Saturday, his homage to club history was picture perfect.

The striker, in his second stint with Columbus (he previously played for the club 2006-07), notched his first goal since returning to MLS in Crew SC's 2-0 win over Toronto FC at MAPFRE Stadium.

While Columbus changed their crest and rebranded for the 2015 season, Kamara was sure to remember the original crest in his goal celebration, as he ran behind the goal, grabbed a hard hat, and posed with two other guys wearing hard hats.

In case you can't recall the old crest, here's what it looked like:

Not bad, guys. Not bad at all.

It was a nice gesture by Kamara to remember Crew SC history, even as he helps the club embark on the next chapter.
