The Colombian forward has dropped slightly this year in the rankings, mostly because he doesn’t seem to have progressed as much as people expected. He’s not the surprise package he was in 2013, and his production is down despite increased minutes. But he still has the type of size and athleticism that bristles with potential.

What the technical staffers say: "He showed so much promise last year, but he seems to have stagnated. I still like him. He's raw and athletic, and he definitely adds something to their side. Probably needs to get a regular run to see if he's got what it takes to be a real contributor over the long haul."

What Opta Sports says: Ranks fourth in fouls committed per 90 (2.09) and sixth in fouls won per 90 (2.17) among players under 24.
