A knee injury will keep D.C. United forward Fabian Espindolaout of the lineup, but he was due to be on the sideline for at least two games anyway.
The MLS Disciplinary Committee announced on Friday that they have suspended Espindola two games and fined him an undisclosed amount for violent conduct toward Montreal Impact midfielder Felipe Martins in the 30th min of the game on June 11 (VIDEO).
In addition, the Committee fined Portland Timbers midfielder Maximiliano Urruti an undisclosed amount for simulation in the 95+ minute of the game against FC Dallas on June 11 (VIDEO).
FC Dallas assistant coach Josema Bazan has been suspended for two games – one game for his dismissal and one additional game by the Committee – and has been fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions involving a fan in the 93+ minute of the game against Portland on June 11.
