Most MLS Fantasy managers thought setting their lineup would be easy after they were able to tweak their rosters with unlimited transfers in Round 11. They were wrong.
With the new 18-man format and several high-priced players away on international duty, you can stack your team with many players who are both in form and reasonably priced.
What were once simple decisions now become much more difficult. The most challenging decision in Round 12 seems to be at the forward position.
Harry Shipp, Obafemi Martins, Joao Plata, Dom Dwyer, Bradley Wright-Phillips, Fabián Espíndola, Robbie Keane and Mark Sherrod are some of the top names to choose from this week.

Several fantasy managers own four of the eight players listed above, and with several of them playing in what some would call ideal matchups, the decision on who to sit and who to start has left quite a few managers in a pickle.
Perhaps the most-asked question this week is about Keane's availability. LA Galaxy insider Adam Serrano reported on May 14 that Bruce Arena would be contacting Ireland's coach to discuss the possibility of his star striker remaining with the club.
Unfortunately, there have been no updates since then, so it's up to you to decide for yourself on this one. I've already brought Keane into my squad, same for another 500-plus fantasy managers. He'll play one game for sure, so the second game is a bonus if he indeed stays.
Personally, I'd be surprised if Keane goes, but you're the manager and you've got to make the final call.
If that wasn't enough to give most fantasy managers a headache, FC Dallas' Michel isn't in the best health either after leaving last week's game with a hamstring injury (VIDEO).
Steve Hunt – give him a follow – reported Michel will not be traveling with the team to LA, but could meet up with the team to face RSL. Translation: Don't hold your breath!
FC Dallas have depth in central midfield, so don't be surprised if Michel misses at least the next two games. If you have him, it's a good move to sell him now, unless it's going to cost you points.
