Week 21 in MLS was marked by few goals, and the Castrol Index Weekly Top 20 reflects that.
Nine goalkeepers made the cut, with FC Dallas 'keeper Raúl Fernández leading the way in the Week 21 marks. His four saves in a shutout performance helped Dallas pick up a road point in Montreal. It is the second time this season Fernandez has had the top spot in the Castrol Index Weekly Top 20.
Following him at the top of the chart, Seattle Sounders' defender DeAndre Yedlin, who notched the equalizer in a 1-1 draw against Colorado, comes in at No. 2. Then a trio of goalkeepers, the Rapids' Clint Irwin (No. 3), Chivas USA's Dan Kennedy (No. 4), and the Portland Timbers' Donovan Ricketts (No. 5), round out the Top 5.
Interestingly, the highest-ranking offensive player this time around was Chicago's Chris Rolfe, who won MLS Player of the Week and came in at No. 10.
