AT&T Goal of the Week update: TFC's Jonathan Osorio leads, but Week 9 may be tightest race yet

Goal of the Week: Week 9 nominees

AT&T MLS Goal of the Week: Week 9

With a matter of hours left in go in the Week 9 poll, the race is much too close to call as four contenders have mounted solid runs for AT&T Goal of the Week honors.

At the moment, however, it's safe to say that Canada is dominating.

Toronto FC youngster Jonathan Osorio's sensational chip against New York leads the way at present, with the fine finish by Andres Romero of Canadian rivals Montreal Impact running just a few points behind.

And Whitecaps rookie phenom Kekuta Manneh is still within striking distance, should his wicked half-volley against FC Dallas make a late charge.

Dynamo striker Giles Barnes isn't too far off the chasing pack, either, while Cordell Cato's left-footer in San Jose's comeback on Chivas USA brings up the rear.

There's still time to have your say. Make your pick in the poll at right, or via text message.

1. Jonathan Osorio (TOR) 30.0%

2. Andres Romero (MTL) 26.5%

3. Kekuta Manneh (VAN) 20.1%

4. Giles Barnes (HOU) 18.0%

5. Cordell Cato (SJ) 5.4%
