Goal of the Week update: Portland pride pushes Rodney Wallace into healthy lead

Vote now for MLS Goal of the Week: Week 3, 2013

MLS Goal of the Week: Week 3

Rodney Wallace's late, late equalizer shocked CenturyLink Field in Saturday's Seattle-Portland Cascadia Cup clash, and at the moment it's also winning hearts and minds in 2013's third edition of Goal of the Week.

The Portland left back's vote count is probably benefitting from the joy his goal sparked across the Rose City, and it will take some comeback magic for Montreal marksman Marco Di Vaio to close down the 19-point gap separating him from Wallace.

Further back in the race, Houston newcomer Andrew Driver is getting some love for his maiden MLS strike, while Eddie Johnson has earned some votes for the Sounders' speedily executed counterattack goal against Portland. Earthquakes defender and US national team call-up Justin Morrow rounds out this week's chasing pack.
