American Exports: Rolfe cracks winner for Aalborg

AMSTERDAM — Aalborg BK attacker Chris Rolfe stood out among the Americans in action overseas on Sunday, cracking the sweet winner from distance in a 2-1 defeat of visiting AGF Aarhus in Danish SAS Liga play.

Just past the hour mark, the former Chicago Fire man chested down above the area to rifle home top corner and give AaB their first win of the new season.

Elsewhere in the Danish league, Michael Parkhurst saw yellow during his full shift in FC Nordsjælland's 1-1 home draw against AC Horsens.

Meanwhile, over in Scotland's Premier league, Dominic Cervi watched on as backup keeper for Celtic's 2-0 season opening win at Hibernian.
