EDDIE JOHNSON SCORES AGAIN FOR U.S. TEAM: FC Dallas forward Eddie Johnson continued his torrid pace with the match's only goal in a 1-0 victory for the U.S. Men's national team over Honduras on Saturday afternoon at University Stadium in Albuquerque, NM. It was the team's final tune-up match for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers on March 27 in Mexico and March 30 in Birmingham, Alabama (versus Guatemala). Johnson has now scored seven goals in six career matches with the U.S. national team since making his debut back on Oct. 9, 2004. Johnson's current goal pace is unmatched in the 90-year history of the U.S. Men's national team. He is the only player to score as many as seven goals in his first six matches.

Steve Jolley (minor knee surgery) was brought into training at a slow pace Monday and is close to being completely back with the team.
