The Dallas Burn announced today that their appeal to have Jason Kreis' red card rescinded has been denied by Major League Soccer. Kreis was ejected in last Saturday's match at Kansas City in the 45th minute and will be unavailable for Wednesday's match in San Jose.
"We are disappointed by the decision but will abide by the league ruling," said Burn President and General Manager Greg Elliott.
