The 2006 Columbus Crew season will kick off the Junior Crewzers program. This program has been designed to teach girls dance routines, improve their technical ability, and most importantly to build self-esteem and self-confidence in a fun, supervised atmosphere. There will be no auditions and all girls are welcome.
The Junior Crewzers will be divided into three different age groups: Wee Crewzers, ages 3-5 (must be potty trained), Junior Crewzers, ages 6-11 and the Varsity Crewzers, ages 12 and older. Each group will have two professional Crewzers as their coach. A $250 registration fee (cash or check: payable to: The Columbus Crewzers) is due on or before orientation (Sunday, February, 26, 2006, 6:30 - 8:00 PM). There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks. Seamstresses' will be at orientation to size the girls for their team uniforms. Monthly dues ($20/month for 7 months) must be turned into your coach at the first practice of every month. Times and length of practices will vary by age group. Wee, Junior and Varsity Crewzers must be at practice to be able to perform at Crew games. Wee, Junior and Varsity Crewzers may be invited to be a part of other Crewzers events in the community during the summer. Discount game tickets are available for purchase by Junior Crewzers families and friends.
All participants will receive:
- Uniform & pom poms
- T-shirt & credential
- Group photo with the Crewzers
- Warm-up suit & Tote Bag
- End of the year party with the Crewzers
Cost:
$250 fee (non-refundable - due on or before Sunday, February 19th).
Monthly Dues:
$20 (March- Sept.) - paid at the first practice of each month

Sunday, February 26th, 6:30 - 8:00 PM - Crew Stadium - Huntington Club
Practices:
2 Sunday afternoons a month (1 hour) beginning March @ Dance Extensions in Dublin
Performance dates:
Each group will perform at halftime of 4 Columbus Crew Home Games - TBD
