COACHES' BREAKDOWN: Consensus seems to be that Neil will have to move to right back to further his MLS ambitions, but it's a testament to his attacking ability that he spent the season at right midfield on a team that was usually at the top of the national polls. Neil is a great dribbler, extremely dangerous in offensive 1-v-1 situations, fast and athletic. The main area where Neil needs improvement is his strength, particularly his lower body strength and, to a degree, his mental strength. To succeed at right back, he'll also need to clean up his defending, but he has good enough feet and good enough pace that you could easily see a team make him their darkhorse pick.
