CURRENT CLUB: Club America (Mexico)

Paul Aguilar is a right back who is very comfortable playing in Miguel Herrera's 5-3-2 system after playing in it for Herrera at the club level at Club América. Aguilar scored the memorable extra time winner against the USMNT for the right to go to the Confederations Cup.

The veteran defender made his debut with El Tri in 2007 and has registered over 25 caps since.

CLUB CAREER

Aguilar started his career with Pachuca, winning the Liguilla in the 2007 Clausura season. In 2011 he moved to his current side and won the 2013 Clausura with the club.
