Owen Anderson

The homegrown talent is entering his second season with the Claret-and-Cobalt signing his deal ealy last year. Prior to joining the Club and RSL Academy the midfielder spent time at his hometown club, San Jose Earthquakes Academy. Playing for RSL’s MLS NEXT Pro affiliate, Real Monarchs throughout the 2024 campaign as an academy call-up, Anderson was awarded the Club’s “Academy Player of the Year” Award. Anderson finished tied for the squad's golden boot with five goals on the season, losing the tie breaker to Zavier Gozo who has one more assist (2) than Anderson. The midfielder has appeared in 54 matches thus far for the Monarchs notching 7 goals and 1 assist.
