Zimmerman is a quick, right footed winger from James Madison University. He led JMU in goals and points in his senior season.


In 2008, Zimmerman led the Dukes in goals (six) and points (17) and was named to the NSCAA All-Mid-Atlantic Region Third Team as team captain. He was also named to the 2008 All-Colonial Athletic Association First team. In 2007, he was given all-conference second team honors. As a sophomore in 2006, he was third on the Dukes in goals and points. As a four year starter, Zimmerman played in 75 games (65 starts) scoring 13 goals and notching 21 assists.


Played in Mexico with U-15 National Team.
