TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Buyout Inter Miami CF have exercised a contract buyout on goalkeeper Nick Marsman, the club announced Friday. The 32-year-old Dutchman initially joined Miami in July 2021 from top-tier Eredivisie side Feyenoord. He posted six clean sheets in 29 appearances, which all occurred across the 2021 and 2022

Career Summary

The Dutch goalkeeper Nick Marsman joined Inter Miami midway through the 2021 season following two years with Feyenoord Rotterdam in the Eredivisie, the first division in the Netherlands. Since then, Marsman has racked up a total 29 appearances over two seasons at the Club, all of them starts.

Prior to signing for Inter Miami, Marsman registered a total 136 Eredivisie appearances after making his debut in 2011, primarily for FC Twente and Feyenoord. The shot-stopper also gained valuable experience while playing for teams from his home nation by competing in the UEFA Europa League. 

On the international arena, Marsman represented the Netherlands youth national teams on four occasions, making his debut for the U-20 side in a friendly against Mexico in 2012.
