Segbers is a right back that should provide depth for a depleted LAFC squad. He returns to MLS after spending the 2018 season with the Revolution.

OUTSIDE MLS: Spent the 2020 campaign with Memphis 901 FC of the USL Championship, tallying one goal and two assists in 10 regular season matches. Prior to Memphis, the 6-foot-2 defender played for Swope Park Rangers (2019) and Orange County SC (2018). While at Swope Park Rangers, Segbers appeared in 30 of the team’s 34 regular season games, adding one goal and two assists.

COLLEGE: Segbers attended the University of Wisconsin and earned United Soccer Coaches DI National Scholar Player of the Year and MAC Player of the Year honors, in addition to a pair of First Team All-American selections from the United Soccer Coaches and College Soccer News. Segbers was a four-year starter at Wisconsin, tallying 16 goals and 22 assists in 77 appearances.
