Began career at Mexican powerhouse and Dynamo rival Pachuca, where he made his professional debut at age 19 in 2004 … Competed against the Dynamo in the 2007 CONCACAF Champions' Cup … Netted the clinching penalty kick in the championship shootout against Chivas Guadalajara in 2007, giving Pachuca its first of back-to-back regional titles … Sold to Monarcas Morelia after the 2007 Clausura season … Had six goals and seven assists in 48 games for Morelia over three Mexican seasons … Loaned to Cruz Azul for the 2009 Clausura season, where he scored seven goals in 15 games … Helped Cruz Azul to 2008-09 CONCACAF Champions League final, which they lost to Atlante.
