2014: The first acquisition by head coach Frank Yallop, Palmer joined the Fire in a trade with Real Salt Lake on Dec. 13, 2013. Started 29 of the 30 matches in which he appeared. Was suspended for two games by the MLS Disciplinary Committee for a foul against the Portland Timbers on March 16; missed the March 23 and March 29 matches while serving his suspension. Assisted on Quincy Amarikwa’s 90th minute equalizer against Toronto FC on Aug. 23. Scored in the 11th minute of a 1-1 draw against Toronto FC on Sept. 13. Missed the Sept. 28 match against the Houston Dynamo due to yellow card accumulation. Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup: Appeared in two Open Cup matches, helping the Fire reach the semifinal round. 2013: Appeared in 17 MLS matches for Real Salt Lake, started 14. Added one assist in a 1-0 win 9/28 at VAN. Helped RSL reach the championships matches for both the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup and the 2013 MLS Cup.

2007-08 - Harbour View FC (Jamaican First Division): Helped club to Caribbean Football Union championship in Nov. 2007 after memorable 10-9 shootout win over San Juan Jabloteh (Trinidad & Tobago) in semifinals and 2-1 regulation win over Joe Public (Trinidad & Tobago) in the final … Scored tying goal in 85th minute of 1-1 tie vs. D.C.
