2007 MLS Season: Cunningham joined TFC on 5/22 from Real Salt Lake already with 3  goals to his credit. He played in 16 games, 13 as starter, logging 1034 minutes. Cunningham  made his debut on 5/26 at Columbus. His first goal for TFC was on 6/6 vs. New York in  a 2-1 loss. He scored 3 goals for TFC in 2007, taking his career MLS total to 96. He was  named to the 2007 Sierra Mist All-Star inactive roster.

2006-2007 MLS Season: Scored 18 goals in 32 games for Real Salt Lake. The 2006  season was Cunningham’s best, as he led the league in scoring with 16 goals, earning him the  MLS Golden Boot. He also added 11 assists that season.

2005 MLS Season: Scored 12 goals in 26 games for the Colorado Rapids. Appeared  in the MLS All-Star game that season, and scored twice against Fulham F.C. of the FA Premier League. 

2004 MLS Season: Appeared in 30  matches starting 19...had nine goals and 4  assists...tied Brian McBride’s Crew all-time  scoring record on 10/09 at N.Y. (62  goals).

2004 MLS Playoffs: Appeared in both games as a sub.

2003 MLS Season: Appeared in 21  games, just 13 of them starts, as he battled a  knee injury in the latter stages of the season  ... Added five goals, seven assists and 17  points to his impressive career totals ... Had  two game-winning goals and one game-winning assist ...  Missed three games, from  6/14-6/28, while with the U.S. National  Team at the 2003 FIFA Confederations  Cup in France ... Missed six games, from  8/23-9/28, with a sprained right MCL,  which allowed him to start just one of the  clubís last 10 games ... Also contributed  three game-winning assists, including  two brilliant assists in a 2-1 win vs. Dallas on  5/20... His other game-winning assists came  on 7/12 vs. N.E. and 8/2 at S.J.... Scored  the game-tying goal in the 84th minute of  The Crew’s 2-2 draw vs. Newcastle United  on 7/26... 2000 U.S. Open Cup:  Started all three games. 

1999 MLS Season: Played in 28 games,  starting 15... Was second on the team in  scoring with 12 goals and five assists for 29  points... Scored the first-ever goal in Colum-bus Crew Stadium history, a game-winning  tally in the 10th minute of The Crew’s 2-0  win over N.E. on 5/15... Led the team with  four game-winning goals and also had two  game-winning assists... Had a pair of  two goal games, both coming in 2-1  victories on the road (5/9 at S.J and 9/23  at Chicago)... Notched a goal and an assist  vs. Dallas on 7/24... Had the first two-assist  game of his career on 6/26 vs. the MetroStars.

1999 MLS Playoffs: Started  all five playoff games, playing 90 minutes  in four of the matches... Tallied three goals  and one assist for seven points, including  a game-winning score vs. D.C. on 11/7 in  a 5-1 win... Had a series-clinching game-winning assist in Game 2 of the Eastern  Conference Semifinals on 10/22 at T.B.... 

1999 U.S. Open Cup: Started and  played in two of three games... Notched  one assist, a game-winner in the round of 16  in a 3-0 win vs. the Carolina Dynamo. 

1998 MLS Season: Was the fourth-leading scorer on the team with eight goals and one assist for 17 points... Played in  25 games with eight starts... Notched two  game-winning goals and one game-winning assist... Had the first multiple-goal game of  his career by tallying twice in the second  half at Miami on 7/29, in a 3-2 setback...  Made his MLS debut on 3/29 at Dallas in  a 2-1 loss, coming off the bench... Made his  first career start and scored his first career  goal on 5/17 vs. L.A. ... Had a goal and an  assist in a 4-1 win vs. S.J. on 5/30... 1998  MLS Playoffs: Made two appearances,  no starts... College: Attended the University of South  Florida, where he earned first-team All-Conference USA honours as a sophomore  and junior, and was named the Conference  USA Player of the Year as a senior. He  finished his career at USF with 41 goals and  36 assists.

International: Born in Montego Bay,  Jamaica, Cunningham earned one cap for  Jamaica before becoming a U.S. citizen in  2001. He has since been capped 12 times  for the United States, most recently scoring  the only goal for the U.S. in two 2009  friendlies, netting a left-footed finish against  Denmark on Nov. 18, 2009.

Personal: Jeff and his wife, Jocelyn wel-comed the birth of their first child, Mikayla, on Sept. 15, 2008.
