Career Summary

Jackson Conway signed as a Homegrown player for Atlanta United on Dec. 3, 2020.  The striker joined Atlanta United’s Academy for the 2016-17 season and continued to climb through the club’s ranks. After a prolific goal-scoring career in the Academy, which included helping the U-16 side win the Development Academy National Championship in 2017, Conway signed a professional contract with Atlanta United 2 on Dec. 20, 2018. 

On his First Team debut on Dec. 16, 2020 in Concacaf Champions League play, Conway scored the game-winning goal against Club América in Atlanta’s 1-0 victory in the second leg of the quarterfinals.

Conway made his MLS debut during the 2021 season when he finished with eight appearances, two starts and 236 minutes played. Conway scored his first career MLS goal on July 8 on the at Nashville to help Atlanta United secure a 2-2 draw. Conway also played six matches for ATLUTD 2 in the USL Championship in 2021.

Conway has shown to be a consistent goal scorer at the USL Championship level. He scored five goals 2019 and followed that by scoring six goals in only 10 appearances in the shortened 2020 campaign. The striker scored a career-high 11 goals in 25 appearances (24 starts) in 2022.

2022 (Atlanta United / ATL UTD 2): Made three MLS appearances. ATL UTD 2: Started 24 of his 25 USL Championship appearances and led the team with 11 goals, all USL career-bests.

2021 (Atlanta United / ATL UTD 2): Made eight total appearances for Atlanta United in MLS, including two starts. His first career MLS goal came on July 8 at Nashville. Conway made his first career MLS start on July 21 vs. Cincinnati. Finished the year with 236 total minutes in MLS. ATL UTD 2: Conway played six matches, making five starts in the USL Championship in 2021. Scored one goal and finished with 10 total shots in limited action.

2020 (Atlanta United): Concacaf Champions League: Made his first team debut and scored his first goal in Atlanta’s 1-0 victory against Club América in the second leg of quarterfinals, coming on as a substitute.

2020 (ATL UTD 2): Conway took his game to the next level in the truncated 2020 USL Championship season. He made 10 appearances including eight starts for ATL UTD 2. The forward scored a team-leading six goals, which also set a new single-season career high. He ranked tied for second in total shots (20) and shots on target (10). Following the suspension of play, Conway came out on fire with three goals in his first four games in July. He closed the season strong as well, scoring a brace in the win vs. New York Red Bulls II on Sept. 23, then scoring in the regular season finale against The Miami FC on Oct. 4.

2019 (ATL UTD 2): In his first professional season, Conway made 22 starts over 17 appearances while scoring five goals and recording one assist. His first professional goal was the game-winner in a 2-1 win against North Carolina FC on April 13.

2018 (ATL UTD 2): Conway made four starts over 11 appearances. He made his professional debut in a start against Charleston Battery (4/24).

2017-18 (Atlanta United Academy): Conway has made 22 appearances, 21 starts, for the U-17s and has scored 26 goals.

2016-17 (Atlanta United Academy): In 31 appearances with the U-16s, Conway scored nine goals and was part of the squad which won the Development Academy National Championship.

2015-16 (Georgia United): Conway scored 24 goals in 22 appearances with the U-14s, He also made two appearances with the U-15/16 team.

INTERNATIONAL: Conway has represented the U.S. Youth National Team at the U-14 and U-16 levels.
