Iker Casillas is one of the best goalkeepers of all-time having captained the Spanish national team to victories in two European championships and a World Cup. He has also made over 475 appearances with Real Madrid in La Liga and was named to six consecutive UEFA Team's of the Year (2007-2012).
SPANISH NATIONAL TEAM
Casillas has the most caps of any player to put on the La Roja uniform, with over 150 to his name. After leading Spain to victories in the last three major tournaments, Casillas made only five appearances during World Cup qualifying.
CLUB CAREER
Casillas has spent his entire professional career with Real Madrid and has led them to five La Liga titles and two Champions League titles. In 2013-14 he played only during Cup competitions with Diego Lopes starting all the La Liga games for Los Blancos.
