Hélder Postiga is a veteran striker who has scored more than 25 goals for the Portuguese national team, six of which came in this cycle's World Cup qualifiers. At the club level Postiga has bounced around Europe to many different teams.

PORTUGUESE NATIONAL TEAM

Postiga appeared in three games at the 2006 World Cup but was not part of the squad that went to the 2010 World Cup.

CLUB CAREER

Postiga has played for eight different teams over the course of his career. Perhaps his most successful recent season came in 2012-13 when he scored 14 goals in La Liga.
