Garcia signed a Homegrown contract with FC Dallas on June 18, 2013.


2013: Was not eligible to play for FC Dallas in MLS competition until the start of the 2014 season… Started and played the full 90 minutes versus Antigua in MLS Reserve League action just five days after signing with FC Dallas… Started and played the full 90 minutes in all eight MLS Reserve League matches… Finished the season with the fifth-most minutes (720) of any players on the FC Dallas Reserves… Scored two goals and had two assists.


A starter for the U.S. U-20 National Team in the 2013 U-20 World Cup… Playing with both the U.S. U-18 and U-20 National Teams from 2011-12...


Earned ACC Freshman of the Year honors with the North Carolina Tar Heels in 2012 after tallying four goals and six assists in 23 games.
