The native from Chicago, Illinois has been a member of the Chicago Fire Academy since his days as a defender on the U-14 Academy team that features many members of the Fire’s first and second teams. Having played alongside Fleming III and Brady for many seasons, Baumgartner brings confidence and reliablity to the Fire’s defensive depth. He currently is on an amateur agreement with the second team.
