Struna is a 28-year old Slovenian international, Struna has featured primarily at right-back in a career which has seen him play in his homeland, in Poland and in Greece, before his move to Scotland in January 2017.

INTERNATIONAL: Struna has represented Slovenia at international level on 25 occasions since his debut in 2012, scoring one goal in a Euro 2016 qualifier vs. San Marino.

OUTSIDE MLS: Won the Slovenian first league with Koper in 2009-10. Helped his Greek Superleague club PAS Giannina qualify for European competition for the first time in their history after the 2015-16 season, during which they finished 6th overall. Played for Portoroz Piran, Koper, Jadran Dekani, Cracovia, PAS Giannina and Hearts of Midlothian.
