Abdelmoumene Djabou could be considered Algeria's "Rudy" if you only look at his height. But the offensive midfielder has pure attacking talent with a left foot that can surprise most goalkeepers.

His offensive skills are complemented by his speed, dribbling and a remarkable vision for a winger.

ALGERIAN NATIONAL TEAM

His first call-up with Algeria came back in 2010, but he was never a consistent player for his club and only accumulated six international caps since. He was considered a wildcard off the bench but his performance in a recent friendly against Slovenia put him back on the map for a starting position.

CLUB CAREER

Djabou played most of his youth and professional career with his native club, ES Setif, in the Algerian league. In 2012, he sign a two-year contract with Tunisia’s Club Africain.
