During the teams' first meeting at Rice-Eccles Stadium on May 14, RSL evened the season series at 1-1 with Los Angeles with a 2-1 win over the Galaxy, as DF Eddie Pope and FW Jason Kreis each notched second-half goals in the come-from-behind victory at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
