The Crew's community partnership with Keep Columbus Beautiful has included neighborhood cleanups involving the entire team and the Crew Soccer Foundation rewarding young people who participate in any KCB cleanup, or otherwise volunteer their time or talents to support its efforts, with a complimentary Crew ticket through its Kicks for Kids program. TITAN AUTO INSURANCE COPA VICTORIA TOURNAMENT MOVES TO QUARTERFINALS
The Titan Auto Insurance Copa Victoria, the Crew's annual adult Hispanic soccer tournament, has reached the quarterfinal stage. In fact, those four matches were scheduled to be played on Saturday, Sept. 9, but field conditions necessitated that they be rescheduled for this Saturday, Sept. 16.

Two games will kick off at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday and two more at 4:30 p.m. at the Crew Training Center at Obetz (4153 Alum Creek Drive). The winners of those matches will face off in the semifinals on Saturday, Sept. 23, at 2:30 p.m. The final is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 30, at Crew Stadium, prior to the Crew's regular-season home finale. This year's quarterfinalists are Auto Sol, C-D- Aguila, C.D. Metapan, Cinco Estrellas, El Vaquero, Ohio United, Real Sociedad and Tapatio.

The 24-team, single-elimination tournament, which is also supported by Roush Honda, Budweiser and adidas, kicked off on Saturday, July 29, and it is representative of the Columbus Crew's longstanding relationship with the Hispanic community in Central Ohio. In addition to coordinating the popular tournament, each year the Crew organizes Fubolito, the official 4v4 tournament of Major League Soccer, as well as Budweiser Hispanic Heritage Night. The Crew and Spanish radio broadcast partner, WXOL RadioSol, also air each home match in Spanish.

CREW RESERVES FALL TO CHICAGO RESERVES 3-2 ON SUNDAY, FACE NEW YORK RESERVES ON SUNDAY IN NEW YORK

The Crew Reserves dropped to 2-7-0 on the year, while the Fire Reserves improved to 3-4-2.

The Fire got two goals from Floyd Franks and Johnny Torres tallied the winner in the 70th minute of the back-and-forth affair.

The Crew took a 1-0 lead in the 23rd minute on a Marc Burch goal but Chicago stormed into the lead as Franks scored in the 40th and 59th minutes.

Kei Kamara equalized in the 68th minute but Columbus couldn't keep the momentum as Torres notched the game-winner just two minutes later.
