Orlando City SC introduced new head coach James O'Connor to the press on Monday, after hiring the 38-year-old on Friday. You can watch the press conference above.
O'Connor joins Orlando after serving as Louisville City FC's head coach since 2015. Since then O’Connor has molded Louisville into one of the top teams in the USL, qualifying for the playoffs in three consecutive seasons and winning the league championship last year and amassing an overall record of 56-21-27.
He takes over Orlando amid an eight-game losing streak that has the Lions in ninth place in the Eastern Conference.
