New D.C. United signee Wayne Rooney held his introductory press conference at the Newseum on Monday.
Rooney addressed the media for the first time since signing with the Black-and-Red last Thursday. The European Premier League and English national team icon will be eligible to make his Major League Soccer debut during the Audi Field inaugural match on July 14 following the Summer Transfer Window's opening on July 10
