Cubo Torres could be on his way out of Houston, according to multiple reports on Sunday.

Mexican journalist Carlos A. Godinez reported on Sunday that the Dynamo have sold Torres to Liga MX side Veracruz, while the Houston Chronicle's Corey Roepken confirmed that Veracruz are interested, but that no deal has been finalized

Torres, 24, has spent the last three seasons with the Dynamo, struggling mightily in his first two years before setting a club record with 14 goals in 27 regular season appearances in 2017. While he had a solid strike rate, Torres was quiet down the stretch last year, scoring just twice after July 1 and zero times after Aug. 23.

A native of Guadalajara, Mexico, Torres broke into MLS with Chivas USA in 2013. He spent a season and a half with the defunct club, scoring 22 goals in 44 regular season appearances with the team. The former Mexican youth international was loaned by Houston to Liga MX clubs Chivas in 2015 and Cruz Azul in 2016.
