TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Reports

Paraguayan attacker Cecilio Dominguez is the subject of interest from an unnamed MLS club prepared to pay his current side, Argentina's CA Independiente, around $6 million for this services, according to several outlets that cover CAI.

The 25-year-old was a member of his country's squad at this year's Copa America, starting one of their four matches and coming off the bench in another.

Typically deployed along the left wing or up top as an out-and-out striker, Dominguez spent a few years with Mexican giants Club America, where he helped Las Aguilas win the 2018 Liga MX Apertura title before returning to South America this year.

He's reportedly expressed a desire to move north again soon, citing Argentina's sluggish economic conditions, and has also been linked to Liga MX clubs Cruz Azul and Toluca.
