Multiple MLS teams are considering making an offer for star Croatia and Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic, according to a report in English from Italian soccer outlet Calcio Mercato.

A consistent part of Juventus' setup for the previous four seasons, Mandzukic hasn't played a minute of competitive action for the Italian giants this campaign, and had previously been linked with a move to Manchester United.

No official bid from an MLS team has been made yet, according to the report, which says the strongest interest is coming from expansion side Inter Miami.

Mandzukic has won two Bundesliga titles with Bayern Munich and four Serie A crowns with Juventus. His most productive league campaign came with Bayern, when he scored 18 goals en route to the 2013-14 Bundesliga title.

Internationally, he has six World Cup goals across three tournaments for Croatia and was a crucial part of their 2018 run, scoring three times. The last of those was an extra-time winner in the semifinal against England.
