Real Salt Lake have signed forward Milan Iloski to a Homegrown contract, the club announced Wednesday. The club now have nine academy products on the first team roster and have led MLS in Homegrown minutes each of the last two seasons.

Iloski, 20, spent the last three seasons at UCLA and had 17 goals in 16 games last year, fourth-best in the NCAA. He finishes his college career in SoCal with 23 goals and six assists in 46 appearances.

“Milan was one of the top goal-scorers in the country last year at UCLA and proved that he’s ready to make the jump to the professional level,” club GM Elliot Fall said in a club statement. “He is another great example of our emphasis on developing young players through our academy system and we are excited to add him to the mix and see his continued development.”

Iloski is the club's fourth addition this offseason, following Maikel Chang, Alvin Jones and Zac MacMath. The club finished third in the Western Conference last season and advanced to the conference semifinals in the Audi 2019 MLS Cup Playoffs.

RSL open their 2020 season on February 29 against Orlando City SC.
