Finland national team head coach Markku Kanerva has called up 24 players for two upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers, and the roster includes four MLS players.
Minnesota United duo Rasmus Schuller and Robin Lod, and Montreal Impact duo Jukka Raitala and Lassi Lappalainen have been called up, for games at Bosnia and Herzegovina on Oct. 12 and home to Armenia on Oct. 15.
Finland are flying high in Group J of qualifying, sitting in second place, below only Italy, and are guaranteed a place in the playoffs for the 2020 Euros at the very least. If they maintain their second-place standing, they will qualify for the tournament, which would be their first-ever Euros.
Given the games come during the break between the end of the MLS regular season and the beginning of the Audi 2019 MLS Cup Playoffs, these games won't affect the availability of players for teams in postseason action.
