Portland did not exercise the 2019 contract options on Victor ArboledaTomas ConechnyAndres Flores and Lawrence Olum, while Steve Clark, Jake Gleeson, Roy Miller and Jack Barmby are out of contract. The club announced they're in discussions with Conechny, Flores and Clark, while Samuel Armenteros' loan will expire at the end of this month.

Conechny, 20, was signed on loan from San Lorenzo in July and played just 72 minutes across four appearances this season.
