POLL: Who was the biggest snub from the US roster?

Who was the biggest snub from the latest US roster?

Jurgen Klinsmann on Thursday named his third roster since taking over as head coach of the US national team, and his preferences are becoming clear.

Besides the obvious old guard of Tim Howard, Clint Dempsey, Carlos Bocanegra, Landon Donovan and Steve Cherundolo, the former Germany star is leaning on new blood like Brek Shea, Timmy Chandler, Kyle Beckerman and Michael Orozco Fiscal.

The 22-man roster Klinsmann named to face Honduras and Ecuador in friendlies next month also features eight MLS players and yet another German-born mystery player with American eligibility in Danny Williams of Hoffenheim. Stalwarts Michael Bradley and Oguchi Onyewu also make their return to the USMNT fold.

But who was the biggest snub of this US roster? Was it LA Galaxy backline wall Omar Gonzalez, who has been a big reason why the Galaxy are on their way to several defensive records? Maybe FC Dallas center back George John, who many are hoping will get the call before Greece comes sniffing around?

Was it Brad Davis, the engine driving the Houston Dynamo with a league-leading 14 assists?

Maybe it's time for Charlie Davies to make his long-awaited return to the national team? Or perhaps 2010 World Cup veteran Herculez Gomez deserves a shot given his hot hand off the bench for Estudiantes Tecos?

You let us know who got the cold shoulder.
