Revenge or not, the USMNT secured safe passage into the quarterfinals with a decisive 6-0 win over Trinidad and Tobago Saturday night in Cleveland. After a sluggish start, Aaron Long put the US in front with his first international goal in the 41st minute. The score remained 1-0 until the 66th minute when Gyasi Zardes doubled the advantage and opened the floodgates.

Zardes added his second three minutes later, followed by goals by Christian Pulisic, Paul Arriola and Long's second to cap the scoring.
