On Saturday morning Orlando City SC take the field against outside opposition for the first time this preseason, as they face their fellow IMG Academy campers the New York Red Bulls.

The Lions have traveled a few hours south of their usual lair to take up temporary residence on the Sunshine State's southwest coast, an opportunity to bond in relative isolation and compare themselves against the other MLS teams at IMG.

New York Red Bulls
One of five MLS teams competing in Concacaf Champions League, RBNY are further along the periodization curve. They met the Philadelphia Union in a scrimmage on Wednesday – a 3-2 Union win – and coach Chris Armas will seek further progress against Orlando as the Red Bulls count down to their CCL opener at Atletico Pantoja in the Dominican Republic on Feb. 20.
