TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Loan
Orlando City SC announced on Monday they have loaned midfielder Pierre Da Silva to Brazilian outfit Club Athletico Parananense for the 2019 MLS season.
Da Silva, 20, has been a member of Orlando City's first team since 2017, and has made three career MLS regular season appearances to date. The Orlando City academy product has played extensively for Orlando City B and had a loan stint with USL side Saint Louis FC in 2018.
The move comes for the midfielder, of Brazilian and Peruvian descent, as a manifestation of Orlando City's partnership with Paranaense, which began in 2016. The Curitiba club play in Serie A in Brazil and finished the 2018 season in seventh place.
