Orlando CIty SC's playoff dreams were officially extinguished on Sunday at Camping World Stadium, while the Montreal Impact are now eyeing a home date in the Knockout Round after back-to-back-victories.
Thanks to a Dominic Oduro goal on the counter, dogged defense and a few timely saves from Evan Bush, the Impact left Orlando (7-11-14, 35 pts) with a 1-0 win on Sunday afternoon. Only a draw or win would have kept the Lions in the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs hunt. Montreal (11-10-11, 44 pts) now sit in fourth place in the Eastern Conference with two games remaining.

Three Things
- DROGBA ON THE BENCH: Montreal Designated Player Didier Drogba spent much of Sunday afternoon's game on the bench with a towel over his head to keep cool in the Florida heat. Has the 38-year-old's role changed from dominant force to super sub?
- EVAN BUSH STANDS TALL: The Impact goalkeeper had to stand tall to give his team all three points, a massive result in the Eastern Conference playoff race. The best save of the bunch was this point-blank denial on Cyle Larin.

— Orlando City SC (@OrlandoCitySC) October 2, 2016 - ODURO ROLLING: It had been four months since Dominic Oduro scored in MLS play, but that drought is now over after a midweek strike vs. San Jose and the winner on Sunday. Thanks to a outside-of-the-boot finish over an onrushing Joe Bendik, Oduro sealed three points for the Impact and brought his season totals to six goals to go along with six assists.
