TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Re-signed
The New England Revolution have re-signed midfielder Tommy McNamara, the club announced Tuesday.
McNamara, 29, was acquired by the Revs via trade from the Houston Dynamo in August this season. He then became a regular for the Revs, making 14 appearances (11 starts) to end the season.
New England are McNamara's fourth team. He originally came to MLS with Chivas USA before spending four years with NYCFC.
The midfielder returns to New England after the club's run to the Eastern Conference final, falling to eventual champion Columbus Crew SC.
