Allan Cruz – FC Cincinnati – dribble

After earning a new contract earlier this month with a strong preseason camp, Jimmy McLaughlin continued to prove his value as a depth piece for FC Cincinnati with a goal in Friday's 3-3 friendly draw against KR Reykjavik.

McLaughlin's goal came on the end of some excellent team buildup for Cincy, giving the MLS side a 2-1 lead against their Icelandic opponents in the 25th minute.

Kendall Waston and Allan Cruz (pictured above) also scored for Cincy in their final preseason tuneup and their first since the resignation of manager Ron Jans became official.

FC Cincinnati open the 2020 season on Sunday, March 1 on the road against the New York Red Bulls (1 pm ET | MLS LIVE on ESPN+ in the US; MLS LIVE on DAZN in Canada).
